@RBC please do something about #rbcrewards long hold no response

Since 10 days ago 10 attempts to call #rbcrewards for the wrong flight credit given with a wrong expiry date. 2-4 hrs wait each time and call disconnects every time with no answer!No callback options!! Are we in Canada?! Why should #RBC disrespect their costumers like this?!!

Ok #rbcrewards enough is enough. I think we have to take this issue to the news. I’m gonna contact @CBCNews I guess I can find someone there who is interested in following up this matter @RBC #Liars

A non stop flight was changed to 1 stop. I had the option not to accept, so I canceled. I received WestJet credit. Called WestJet and they said we refund, but you have to call #rbcrewards . Called them 4 times, every time 3 to 4 hours on hold, then disconnected!! @RBC

My turn to chime in as a discontented @RBC rewards customer who has been on hold for over 4 hours with no answer. Why can't we book a call back? This is awful customer service! #rbcrewards
