I had an experience of at least 8 people doing it and assuring ‘I won’t do it’ on sharing the ordeal. Most frustrating chat ever. And they are worlds most customer centric company it seems

@eminentjurist @amazonIN Purchased a product during prime festive, but @amazonIN cancels the order after two days. When I asked, they insisted that I re-order again at a higher price! Executives keep referring my chat to each other and eventually I cancelled my prime membership out of frustration

This is the story of my worst experience with @amazonIN . On 21.07.2024, I ordered iPhone 15 from Amazon in exchange for my iPhone 13. On 22.07.2024, the delivery executive came at around 930 PM. I gave the OTP and took the product, and gave my phone to the executive. 1/9

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN This link I have tried 100 times. There is no way to reach you. It’s a maze of madness until one gives up. The link is for placed products and it just doesn’t allow one to proceed for resolution. Last time it was 3 days it took to reach a human and that too to no avail.

@amazonIN How can I call a delivery agent when your Ivrs asks for a 4-digit otp and you have provided a six digit otp? And worse, your agents don’t call for delivery and just say not available. Frustrated with you Amazon
