ARC Raiders Riven Tides map is hiding something in plain sight! So the ARC Turbines are the large ARCs we were promised, right? I think not! What makes me think this: • We have no clue what the earthquakes inside Sepranza are • What are the ARC Turbines even doing? They're not there to fight us! They put mines so we would stay away While those are assumptions, I have three other things I spotted: • If you go closer to the sea, you can sometimes hear a large ARC in the distance • Sometimes you can even see the large ARC • Sometimes we see a area near the large ARC getting nuked? (See the video below) Now put on your tinfoil hats because I'm totally speculating: I believe we're going to see a disruption by the large ARC in Riven Tides very soon. The map feels like the perfect place for the craziest boss fight ever, especially the inaccessible sea area. It doesn't make sense for them to make such an open and empty area just sitting there. My gamer brain doesn't believe Embark designers put a big empty sea in the middle of a map for nothing. Overall, I'm just speculating. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

@LancesEmporium Yes, sent these guys lots of clips of their broken game, yet to get any loadouts back, keep the negative reviews coming, they will have to learn the hard way, sadly.

ARC Raiders dropped to "Mixed" Reviews on Steam in the Recent Reviews (Last 30 Days). I analyzed the recent reviews and found the following reasons that people stated: - Underwhelming Updates - Weird Balancing decisions & Nerfs (Example: Photoelectric Cloak) - Weapon Durability Nerf - Sudden and very late changes to the Expedition System (wasted time farming currency) - ABMM Matchmaking not working correctly - Players Abusing / Manipulating the ABMM Matchmaking - No Endgame in the game - Its not really worth grinding bigger ARC (loot-wise) - Cheating & Exploiting - Lacking in the Community Management Can you agree with those points? And what would have to change to turn things around?

Embark confirmed you don't need to extract to count damages towards skill points for the Expedition. They've also confirmed this doesn't work like trials and all damage counts individually.

@_Ted_Williams @GGIntelcom You can’t swap items in your inventory with those in the probe. You have to drop items first, before picking up loot out of the probe if your stash is full. Rookie mistake, but totally deserved if you’re going in naked with no cloak or smokes.

@GGIntelcom Why wouldn’t it allow the replacement? It has happened to me and I have to drop the item the pick up what I want. Sometimes it works and other times it gives that issue. Bug or something about the weight or type of item?

Go to play Liphook GC today. Another brilliant heathland golf course just to the south west of London. £180 green fee was super value. Heathland golf courses are the best kept secret in golf.

@Reave Personally I think there’s been a lack of new content or updates to the story/progression. Recent update was a good short term addition, first time I’ve ever needed to use the cloak! 100% should have had a new map by now. Agree with removing ABMM it’s too easy to game.

this decline in playercount has nothing to do with the lack of updates but instead an issue with how the gameplay loop has evolved people fell in love with the first 1-2 month struggle of an extraction shooter and haven't been able to experience that since removing ABMM and forcing wipe is the solution

@ThatARCGuy I had this issue constantly on my new pc, my travel pc never crashed once. Tried different drivers, uninstalling the game, uninstalling steam, reformatting drives. In the end a fresh install of windows did the trick, not a single crash since. Hopefully this helps someone.

@LancesEmporium Bringing in so much gear to take down a queen or matriarch and have some punk ass bitch kill you as you're on your way to fight at the beginning of the raid is kind of horse shit. Makes people not want to play this game. The PVP experience isn't even that great either.

Players in ARC Raiders recently are reporting that the ABMM in the game seems "broken", especially after Updates. But it seems that not having full friendly lobbies, or lobbies where you can always expect friendly interactions, is simply not wanted by the developers. It is also not planned to do any sort of PvE only mode. In an interview the Production Director said this: Even in those servers, I hope they don't feel fully safe. I guess that's the real quote here. Players shouldn't feel fully safe. There's always Arc in their way. We never promised that they will be on full friendly lobbies. And humans, right? They can sometimes surprise you, backstab you, or abuse your generosity. There's all of that that we want to keep existing in this game. So finding a complete break where it's only PvE is probably something we don't want to explore at the moment, because we want you to not feel safe.

Yesterday I decided to do a little gap testing on Trackman (indoors) at the top of my bag and the results were shocking. 5 hybrid - 164 carry 4 hybrid - 181 carry 2 hybrid - 199 carry 3 wood - 191 carry First off, my 3 wood is apparently useless, unless I hit it off a tee and then I pick up 25-30 yards carry. Second, I am 10 yards shorter on carry with my 4 and 5 hybrids than I thought. 2 hybrid is doing what I expected. During my trackman round I played after, I took 1 more club for every shot and hit the most GIR I've hit in a while on the sim, often ending up pin high or just past. Also, I need a new fairway wood. Or do I add a wedge and not carry a fairway wood? For now I'm lofting up my 13.5 degree TSR3 to 15 degrees. But I'm in the market for something new.
