@SonyLIVHelps Well then you dont call it subscription - One ad at the begining is still fine but then 9-10 ads are coming during an episode…you are not the only OTT platform, I pay for Zee, Netflix, Amazon, Hotstar - I am never forced to watch ads. This is not acceptable.

I need to convert few credit card transactions into EMI but after your system upgrade, The option to do this conversion is gone - Days are counting and I will not be able to convert this later. And please note, I will not make the payment also since I had made those transactions.
