Key Weight Loss Outcomes The trial demonstrated significant weight reduction across all tested doses (4 mg, 9 mg, and 12 mg) over an 80-week period: 12 mg Dose: Participants lost an average of 70.3 lbs (28.3%). Notably, 45.3% of these participants achieved a weight reduction of 30% or more. 9 mg Dose: Participants saw an average weight loss of 64.4 lbs (25.9%). 4 mg Dose: Even at the lowest dose with a single escalation step, participants lost an average of 47.2 lbs (19.0%). This dose also saw a lower rate of discontinuation due to adverse events compared to placebo. 104-Week Extension: For participants with a baseline BMI ≥35, weight loss continued through 104 weeks, reaching an average of 85.0 lbs (30.3%) for those on the 12 mg dose.
