The objective is not to shut businesses but to ensure they operate safely, transparently & responsibly.

जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी पर बुलडोज़र एक्शन गलत है- रामपुर में #जौहर_यूनिवर्सिटी पर बुलडोज़र चलेगा. ये खबर सुनकर स्तब्ध हूँ. 2006 में बनी यूनिवर्सिटी को लेकर प्रशासन को अब होश आया है कि ये गलत तरीक़े से बनाया गया है. यूनिवर्सिटी पर बुलडोज़र वही चला सकता है जो शिक्षा के महत्व को नहीं समझता हो. इतना बड़ा कैंपस, उतनी शानदार यूनिवर्सिटी पर बुलडोज़र चलाने वालों के हाथ नहीं काँपेंगे? कोई भी विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षा का मंदिर होता है. जो बनने के बाद किसी एक व्यक्ति का नहीं रह जाता. हज़ारों स्टूडेंट जो वहाँ पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं उनका भविष्य तो अधर में चला जायेगा. बेहतर तो ये होगा कि सरकार उसे अपने अधीन कर ले और चलाये यूनिवर्सिटी . मगर उसे तोड़ना पूरी तरह से गलत है. सरासर गलत. मोहम्मद अली जौहर यूनिवर्सिटी की वेबसाइट के अनुसार, इसकी स्थापना साल 2006 में हुई थी. परिसर 250 एकड़ से अधिक क्षेत्र में फैला हुआ है, जिसमें कई बिल्डिंग्स हैं. यहाँ विज्ञान, लॉ, शिक्षा, वाणिज्य, इंजीनियरिंग और टेक्नोलॉजी, फार्मेसी, नर्सिंग सहित पैरामेडिकल विज्ञान और एग्रीकल्चर से जुड़े कोर्स करवाए जाते हैं. इसके अलावा बैडमिंटन, शतरंज, कैरम, टेबल टेनिस जैसे इनडोर गेम और फुटबॉल, हॉकी, क्रिकेट, लॉन टेनिस, वॉलीबॉल, घुड़सवारी, रस्साकशी के ग्राउंड है. वेबसाइट पर दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार, करीब 90 टीचर 24 अलग-अलग विषयों को पढ़ाते हैं.
