Visited the Weston Lions Arena to hear directly from the community about why closing a historic rink would displace families, youth programs, and local sports — and why we should be investing in these neighbourhood spaces, not shutting them down.

Doug Ford comes right out and says what's been apparent to Burlington residents for years. Toronto is the only city that matters in his eyes. If our current MPP who is in the same party as Doug can't get his attention then what good are the Conservatives for Burlington?

Reliable transit along King (busiest streetcar route in North America) is non existent right now thanks to TIFF. Why can we not either move the street party to Adelaide or simply allow the streetcars to drive slowly through a pedestrianised street like every European city.
