@gtbank @gtbank_help These SMS alert charges (coupled with a few other weird/random charges) are becoming ridiculous. How can one cancel the SMS service? I don't need text messages, they're redundant.

@gtbank_help why does it always take so long to actually get a response. Last time it took 3 weeks! This time I actually need urgent help. Money has been transferred to my account and I still don't have it after 48 hours! I'm stranded. I need that money like it's yesterday!

@Sonithebosslady Gmail allows you to add text to your username by using the + symbol & emails will still get delivered to you. If your email is alaye@gmail.com, you can use something like alaye+betting@gmail.com when signing up to a website. This way you can track what sites are sharing your data

@Switch2Energy How is it my meter has gone into Emergency Credit mode when I should still have money on it? This happened on 06/06/2023 and it's completely out of sync with the online account which hasn't been updated for 2 days! I've spent hours on the phoneline queue!
