Disappointed with the experience at Khadim’s Sitamarhi. The staff confirmed they accepted Khadim’s gift cards, so I bought one via CRED. At billing, they refused to accept it. Please resolve this, @khadimsindia
@khadimsindia i visited ur shop in sitamarhi , i have asked do u accept gift card he said yes , but when i bought gift card and asked to bill through gift card then he was like we dont accept gift card
@bajajfinservmf worst service ever u guyz made me pay emi twice its been more than 2 days when i had raised concern none of ur representatives called me , and while calling ur toll free no a virtual assistant picks a call which is simply useless as it doesn’t understand context
@CRED_support Its clear from the statements that 1000 payment which was made on 13th of july is settled in previous bill but ur app wrongly shown that it’s settled in current bill and believing on cred app i paid 1000 less in current bill which resulted in 5871 fine now who will pay the fine
@CRED_support It is clear that 1000 billion was settled in last bill as it is clearly mentioned in bill statement but ur app shown like its settled in current bill bcz of ur wrong interpretation i will have to pay the fine

On 5th Feb 2024 there was a amount due of approx 7200 only 6000 was debited from my respective bank account as it was on auto debit mode
And today I m getting fine of 250
