one sprint. two user types. full product design - heres how we ran it mutually decided to "optimize for speed over doneness" but we still gave both started from formulating a PRD, mapping user types - buyer: they wanted one-click checkout, universal cart, saved cards, CVV re-entry - merchant: they wanted a way to track numbers, withdrawals, API integration for devs and team invites we designed this in layers, 1. to close all flows: lofi wireframes > client feedback 2. to close the visual identity: Multiple hifi screen options > client feedback > refinement > hi-fi with component library Weekly calls, async figma feedback and clean structured handoff at the end

@parna_1 @akashxmazumdar @liftplaycode @justswishin The 2×2 cards use a full Add button since there’s room to mention “Customisable,” but on smaller cards it’s reduced to a + icon with a sparkle/AI visual. This inconsistency is confusing and doesn’t clearly communicate the same action. 😂

I loveeee everything @justswishin , too good food, been a fan of theirs since the beginning But what is this sparkle/ai icon for ? On some CTAs it’s there on some it ain’t, Some let u add addons some let u customise it, what does it mean team ? @akashxmazumdar
