💥 Good Morning Read 💥 A month ago there was a really good conversation amongst some of the top local media influencers in Western PA about why so many good players didn’t turn into good D1 players during their college career and the consensus was 2 main reasons………… 1. They entered college without the physical strength to compete on the D1 level because their high school weight lifting program isn’t adequate to prepare athletes for college. If you aren’t doing serious weightlifting and strength training outside of the high school lifting program it is 1000% certain you will need at least 2 years of real college strength training to get you prepared to compete physically in college. If you can’t compete physically in college you can’t play. The next time you visit a college instead of going to the game to get that sideline photo-op ask the coach if you can attend your position group weight lifting session. What you’re doing for a workout in high school aint what these grown men do in college. Seeing that college workout will blow your mind. 2. High school players hardly ever work on their weaknesses in high school because they don’t know what their weaknesses are because the people close to them are scared to mention things the athlete don’t do well out of fear of losing the relationship with the player for giving constructive criticism. Saying 1 negative thing to one of these kids or their parents will make them lose their mind. Also high school coaches know what the player weaknesses are but because of the limited time during the week high school football practice is more about game plan strategy for the next game and less about player development and working on weaknesses. The first time “most” guys get tough feedback about their weaknesses is when they get to college and “most” guys aren’t mentally prepared for that situation which leads to guys quitting or going into the transfer portal. We don’t share this information for clicks & views or to upset anyone we share this information for educational and preparation purposes. Look & Listen to some of the former BIG time all american type players who flamed out and are now in the media talking on podcast about how they wish they would’ve listened to certain knowledgeable people but they didn’t. We have former college coaches, former college players, and former professional players on our staff and we talk to current college coaches and current players everyday to understand what’s going on. You can choose to listen to our FREE knowledgeable information to put yourself in a better position or don’t listen but either way we don’t lose any sleep. Have a Blessed day 🙏🏼

This what we do Khalil go block someone and stop crying then holla back You supposed to be a D1 guy how you ever going to make it at the D1 level and you getting emotional about real constructive feedback in high school 🤦🏼‍♂️ The correct response should’ve been “damn i just watched the film and i dont like what i see and i’m going to fix it” 🤷🏼‍♂️ Remember we not here to be your friend or dawg or pal …. That’s the other guy ….we going to call it like we see it good or bad

Here’s a word of advice: If you get a Florida State offer, commit asap. Don’t let these offers be a post onto social media for likes. You aren’t getting better than FSU. Call the coach and commit. Unless these arent commitable 🤔🤔🤔
