@discord I'll gladly sign up for nitro once my account gets re-enabled. I just need a human person to review my @discord_support ticket. It shouldn't take 3 DAYS for a response.

Going on 2 days now without @discord responding to my @discord_support ticket. You can't call or email them nor do they respond to DMs on here. Horrible customer service.

@ScottLinder3 @discord @discord_support Yeah, that's what you would think. But how does it get closed when you have provided all of the required information and only a bot has responded to you? I opened a second ticket asking if it was closed and they only provided me a generic response not answering my question.

I've been using @discord for years now and never had any troubles, but my first experience with @discord_support is not going well. Does anyone actually work there? So far responses have been generic and from bots.

Watch out when booking your cruise with @RoyalCaribbean! We booked months ago a "special rate", but now the same room is HALF the price. They offered no refunds or credits for the hundreds of extra dollars we paid. This is our first (and possibly las) RC cruise. Beware!

@pizzahut when your website goes down and people can't order and it directs them to call and place an order over the phone, it would be really nice if you could honor the coupon that I got in my email, which prompted me to order. I guess I'm ordering @PapaJohns instead.

@united apparently none of the 4 different departments is able to update MileagePlus numbers on hotel reservations made on your website. Make sure you double check the number when you reserve else you'll spend an hour on the phone with no resolution.

@dominos Why do you have a pizza tracker that tells me my pizza is ready, but then I get there and I'm told it will be another 10 minutes?

@jimmyjohns Welp. Was going to get a free sub with the promo. The coupon was valid in my cart. I decided to go back and get a second sub, one that I would pay full price for and upon checkout the coupon no longer works. So, guess I'm eating elsewhere now.
