Now, FIR from Rajasthan Gramin Bank. When raising genuine issues becomes a crime… Expose problems → FIR Speak up → Harassment Demand accountability → Legal threats FIRs are being filed simply for highlighting publicly available information and speaking up for banking staff. Is this how the system responds to transparency? Instead of addressing staff harassment, mismanagement, and real ground-level issues, energy is being spent on silencing voices. But intimidation won’t work. I have not created or fabricated anything, only shared what is already in the public domain and circulating widely. 💔 One More SUICIDE, One More Banker Crushed by Target Culture in UPGB UPGB Officer #Chetan_Tiwari (NadeMou Branch, Kannuj RO) has died by suicide after unbearable workplace pressure. He was found hanging from a ceiling fan. 💔 ➡️ Colleagues state he had told family he was completely fed up with job pressure, targets and humiliation. ➡️ On the previous night, he reportedly wanted to leave on time but was forced to remain in the branch till around 10:45 PM despite repeated requests. ➡️ It is being alleged that Chief Manager #Amit_Kumar and another official from RO pressured him to stay late. ➡️ Management is now allegedly pressurising the family to tell everyone that it was a heart attack. They are reportedly misleading the family by claiming that if they say it was suicide, they will not receive insurance money. This is extremely pathetic and cowardly behaviour by the management. संभल में बैंकर्स के साथ जो हुआ, वो सुनकर गुस्सा आएगा! 😡 UPGB के संभल RO में RM रवि प्रकाश ने बैंकर्स के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार किया कि बैंकिंग की गरिमा तक शर्मसार हो गई। इस घटिया RM ने जाहिलपने की सारी हदे पार कर दी मीटिंग में 12 शाखा प्रबंधकों को घंटों खड़ा रखा, बैठने तक नहीं दिया। ये गिरी हुई हरकत लीडरशिप नहीं तानाशाही का प्रदर्शन है। UPGB में अब चेयरमैन को खुश करने के लिए अमर्यादित भाषा, धमकियाँ और देर रात तक शाखाओं में रुकने का दबाव देना कार्यशैली बन चुकी है। जो अधिकारी दिन-रात बैंक के लक्ष्यों के लिए मेहनत कर रहे हैं, उन्हें इस तरह अपमानित करना बेहद शर्मनाक है। महिला अधिकारियों तक के साथ अमर्यादित व्यवहार किया गया। क्या यही है “सशक्त बैंकिंग” का चेहरा ? अब @upgboa की संभल यूनिट ने भी इस अमर्यादित व्यवहार के खिलाफ आधिकारिक शिकायत पत्र जारी करके चेताया है कि यदि उत्पीड़न नहीं रुका तो बड़े स्तर पर विरोध शुरू होगा। बैंकर गुलाम नहीं इंसान हैं और सम्मान उनका अधिकार है। @bankofbaroda @DFS_India @RBI #UPGB #Bankersvoice

💔 One More Banker Killed by the System Just before Diwali, when people were lighting lamps of happiness, darkness has fallen again on the banking family. BOI Kolhapur Zone, Shri Anil Kumar Singh, Chief Manager (ARD), murdered by @BankofIndia_IN Reports say he had an argument with the DZM #SUNIL_KHARE He was humiliated, insulted, and even pressurised to work on Diwali leaves. The DZM reportedly said, “Next month you’ll retire and rest, so now work.” A man with a smiling face, loved by his colleagues, who was just one month away from retirement, didn’t deserve this kind of treatment. Moments later, his BP shot up, and he collapsed. This was not an “accident.” This was the direct outcome of a toxic system where humiliation, shouting, and mental torture have become routine tools of “performance management.” How many more officers have to die before someone calls this what it really is, institutional murder? How many homes must burn before the top management wakes up from their comfortable silence? Targets are not worth a life. Meetings are not worth a heartbeat. No festival can wash away the guilt of a system that keeps crushing its own people. Today, a family has lost its son and the bank has lost a good officer, but the system will move on as if nothing happened. Shame on this culture that values numbers over lives.
