I spent an entire month building a mini-app for Base - sleepless nights, nonstop work, full dedication , as the only one handling everything. Yet here’s what I faced: -> Support tickets (opened Aug 10) left unanswered, or brushed off with vague, untechnical replies -except for @sohey_eth -> No proper follow-ups on Devfolio-oriented Based Quests submission. My mini-app was completely ignored. -> Coinbase surveys & closed bug bounty follow-ups? Silent. Emails unanswered despite multiple initial mails from them. -> DMs, Twitter mentions, Base Quest mails - all ignored. (DMed 10+ Base affiliates, tagged them repeatedly in hope of recognition). -> Winners chosen for memes/static mini-apps for Base Quest 9 , while serious builders left in the dark. The hardest part? While genuine builders are sidelined, @jessepollak and @js_horne for $zora are onboarding people like Sahil - who already has a record of scams ,for the Tyson Fury fake account on Zora. That’s the priority? Pumping fake accounts and onboarding scammers while real builders get no support? This feels disloyal. I never expected this from Base. Builders pouring their effort deserve better than silence. @buildonbase @base - is this really the ecosystem we want to shape? Even existing bugs on base.dev and official docs remain unfixed, despite my ticket raising and DMs. I regret now having reported the Coinbase vulnerability responsibly - because someone like Sahil would have exploited it instead and they would have still onborded him through Dms . At this point, I stand with @zachxbt for repeatedly calling out Zora for sidelining him while his collection was near $10k without his diligence or knowing as he wanted it to be OE , and onboarding scammers and labeling it biased as “good for society.” This whole experience has left me heartbroken by the Base team’s response and their officials approach.
