Very disappointing experience with Swiggy Instamart. My friend @SourabhY_3 , as a new user, canceled their first order immediately but was still charged a 100% cancellation fee (₹685). The chatbot only gives automated replies and emails take more than 24 hours there’s no proper support. It feels like no one is actually listening to customers. This is extremely frustrating and unfair, especially for new users. Requesting Swiggy to either refund the amount or deliver the canceled order.
