@FirstDoctor My personal experience - Avoiding tea/ coffee - Avoiding Spicy food - eat two hrs prior to sleep - wake up early, if you wake up early, u will fall asleep easily at night - coldroom with no mosquito and noise - less phone - exercises , weight lifting or jogging

Today, 1. Eat at least 1 fruit 2. Drink 2-3 litres of water 3. Take a walk in nature 4. Sleep 6-9 hrs 5. Eat 1-2 eggs 6. Get 30 mins of sunlight 7. Climb stairs, avoid the lift 8. Don't take things personally 9. Spend quality time with family or friends Repost: for others.
