Our paper describing a new method (FLiP-MS) for the global profiling of protein complex dynamics is out @NatureBiotech ! Super excited to announce that I obtained an @snsf_ch Ambizione grant to start as a junior group leader at @IMSB_ETH at ETH Zürich! 🥳 We will study transcription regulatory networks in bacterial pathogens 🧬 Will soon advertise positions for a PhD student and Master projects!
I’m excited to announce that I’ll join VIB-KU Leuven as a professor starting 2025. My lab will study how marine microbes capture CO2 and sequester it in ancient ocean molecules, taking an approach that combines microbiology, high throughput metabolomics and biochemistry.
