1. Demonize a government service
2. Defund the service to the point that it can no longer function properly
3. Abolish or privatize the service, using the excuse that it’s clearly just a bad idea that can’t possibly work

This is pretty standard typography for the sci-fi feeling they are trying to bring. The interface of the game (looting, backpack/storage) and the navigation UI is horrible. But the designers nailed the graphic portion of this game in a massive way (including typography)
