Very fortunate to listen to @SorenBentzen at AROICON2026 at Kolkata unveiling the HYPNO trial results .Why is the acceptance of mod hypo # still poor with this huge advantage of finishing treatment before the kick-off ,with no real need for the complex adaptive plannings in HNCa

@DrAndrewLoblaw Sure, but what proportion of urologists would recommend prostatectomy in an 82 year old? I doubt there was really much “choice” here. My question is why 25 fractions. Why not 5,6 or 7?
