I think the biggest difference between who I was before the church and after, is I now no longer believe in free-will. Like its such an incredibly big thing in the church. It is actually so wierd how much it is talked about. I haven't spoke about free will once since i left.

Annual update: Officially been doing CrossFit a year and hit a 100kg snatch a few weeks ago a competition. 1 year in IT and coming up to my 1 year anniversary with my gf. 3 years sober and clean in December, I’m so glad that I made that decision to turn my life around 🙏🙏

Don’t realise until you look back on photos how much you’ve actually changed. Not often I do this, but just simple changes in habits etc made a difference for me. I feel more myself now ✌🏻
