This must not have rolled out for US or other regions yet. I just submitted last week. Maybe because I had uploaded all the preview videos. The app review section was always there since I began in March. This is the place where you put instructions if you have login or not and how to test etc

Haven’t submitted a new app in 3+ months. So this tweet from Max was actually useful. When submitting a new app, Apple asks for: 1. Screen recording on a physical device showing core user flows 2. App purpose and value description 3. Instructions + test credentials to access features 4. List of external services/SDKs used 5. Regional differences or confirmation there are none 6. Regulatory credentials if applicable

Looks like Apple has introduced its answer to the huge wave of AI-built apps. I started getting this rejection just 30–40 minutes after the initial submission of a new app.

When i was brainstorming with AI for fastingmonk, it had given me a series of onboarding screens to start with. My mind rejected that approach. Maybe there should be something like "Go Straight using" or "Help me navigate", the second option triggers the onboarding. The user could anytime trigger the onboarding anytime even if they chose "Go straight using" option.

After taking dozens of apps to #1 in the App Store, our team went back and analyzed over 100,000 social media posts to trace back what worked We found 34 hooks that brought in 100's of millions of views and more than 300 others proven to go viral.. and turned all of that into templates you can steal for free If you run a consumer app and want: - more installs - higher App Store rankings - content that lands with Gen Z Comment “HOOKS” and I’ll DM you the file.

I built a full pregnancy app with 0 coding experience. 6 months ago: Didn’t know what an API was Today: → AI assistant → 40 weeks of content → Trackers, logs, timers etc → Subscriptions + paywall → Clean UI + animations →Personalized daily affirmations etc.... no code ,only used @rork Launching this week to an audience with 1.3M views This shouldn’t be possible… but it is Is coding even necessary anymore?

My first feedback (rejection) for the second app is here. It is minor, nothing in the app. Just need to update the privacy policy to highlight certain aspects.

I’ve been working on an AI headshot tool inside Vizbull. The idea is pretty simple: You upload a photo → and it transforms into a clean, professional headshot with different styles (corporate, casual, creative, etc.) What I’m trying to solve is: Getting a decent headshot shouldn’t require a photoshoot, scheduling, or overthinking. It’s still evolving, but the results are getting surprisingly good. Also — I’ve started working on an iOS version of this, so eventually it becomes something you can just do from your phone in seconds. The iOS app has 24 categories and 900 styles to choose from. You can practically generate any kind of headshot for any occassion (thats the vision) (Still early… but exciting.) 2. My first iOS app: FastingMonk (free app) This one is a bit more personal. FastingMonk came from my own habit of intermittent fasting and wanting something simpler. Not another complicated health app. Just: Start your Meditation/fast Stay consistent Build discipline That’s it. It also includes: A clean fasting timer Simple tracking (no noise) A way to see your effort, even when results aren’t immediate I’ve been using it myself daily. I built this mainly to learn the iOS submission process. From idea to App Store (in ~3 weeks) It all started pretty simply: Mar 7 — I bought a Mac Mini (basically committing myself to finally building an iOS app) Mar 11 — After figuring out Xcode and the dev workflow, I managed to build the first MVP of FastingMonk Mar 19 — Hit submit on the App Store for the first time Mar 23 — Got my first review… rejection (of course) Mar 24 — Fixed the issues and sent it back Mar 28 — Got the approval Apr 6th - Got my first sale. I didnt even get notification. Surprisingly my downloads are only 70 so far. Not perfect. Not smooth. But shipped. I am very proud of what I was able to build as my first iOS app (thanks to #Claude code) The UI is pleasant and it has all the features I need it. Hopefully you might also find it useful. It is free, there is a premium option but most probably you don’t need it. The basic features are good enough. #saas #MarketingSuccess #hustle
