@EmiratesSupport my mum lost her silver status whilst on a holiday with you, so had a very generous luggage allowance on her outward journey and is now stuck with the standard luggage allowance for the return flight. Surely that can’t be right? Can you pls look into this for me?

My boy Otis took his first steps at the beautiful Lions Rest near Weligama cheered on by the lovely locals. I honestly can't think of a better place for a family holiday. Before you discount SL as a travel destination remember that nowhere in the world is safe from terrorists. ✌️
