China accepts minimum US exports, and they have high tariffs on them. They have no bargaining powers, and their manufacturing will close and go bankrupt in days, not weeks or months. When they come to the tariff negotiations, the high price of US exports will drop dramatically. They don't buy anything for the US anyway. Doesn't matter. The goal is to collapse China's plans for global dominance. The rest of the world wants to disengage with China and will follow the US lead. China manufacturing has cost the rest of the world 100's of millions of good paying jobs. Production is a hard asset with value or great wealth. Purchasing countries continually lose their value (assets). Then they go broke. Economic reset also means political reset. Capitalism wins.
