Pure intentions are to manifest the Spirit. The Spirit wants to give love and share generously to everyone. Impure intentions are to glorify the ego, or self-indulge. Basically, showing off or taking for ourselves. Acting to please the Spirit gives us joy. Acting to satisfy the ego or self-indulge separates us from the Spirit. Do with this as you will.

Constantly thinking every step matters and changes people's value. Watching and reading into each movement. Basically disregulated nervous systems. If this is you, you need to manifest your personality enough to no longer need to doubt your pwn worth. Just start building yourself. The goal is to become humble, that's the ideal

Being confident around insecure people is a hellish experience They will give you evil eye, attempt to tear you down in the most subtle ways You have to put up an energetic forcefield

@DearS_o_n If you're establishing respect based on such superficial elements, it won't be long before you're found out. Respect starts within. Cultivate your personality within yourself and it will show outside automatically.

When you realize life is a play, you stop pushing anything away. Pain is not just pain it is something new to feel and you choose how you feel it.

15 years ago, I decided to; • Wake up at 5 am • Exercise for 1 hour • Take a cold shower • Read daily 50+ pages • Settle for 4 - 7 hrs of deep work • Have a 50-minute walk • Sleep 7-8 hours a day. You must unplug from society's programming to be great as a man.

@theralkia Detachment doesn't mean everything is pointless, it means you're holding on to you Spirit and watching the play with God

The surveillance state hasn't stopped since 9/11. With the advent of ai, if they want your details, they will have them.

If everything is cheap and anything can be done by AI, social status will be determined not by how much you have, but how much you can do without.

Tolstoy's autobiography, A Confession, addresses a similar progression through life "meanings". There are stages people go through. What you're eventually looking for is seeking into what it's all for? Questions like that can be pushed to the backburner for years; we think we can easily answer them when we have more time. But why do anything? Today. Next year. After death. What's it leading to? Without these answers, everything is so empty. How much money, influence, and praise will be enough? There must be something more.

I think the main thing AI has taught me, through all the time savings it brings, is that I’m not a very interesting person Faced with a surplus of free time, I realize I don’t really have hobbies besides content consumption I’m forced to conclude that I don’t have very deep friendships, and am not a core member of any particular community I’m not very cultured, I’m finding, and don’t have abiding interests in art or literature or history or much that isn’t directly related to my work I have a work-centric life, in other words. AI pulls back the curtain on just how impoverished such an existence is, by disabusing me of its necessity Given the freedom I’ve always said I wanted, I’m at a loss as to what to do with it, except plow myself even harder into work, thus exacerbating the lesson There’s nothing more confronting to humans than freedom

There’s a wonky misconception that you have to first get famous online in order to be a success. It’s the opposite. The most straightforward path to becoming influential online, if that’s the goal, is to first do something meaningful. Social media success is most often a lagging, not leading, indicator of real-world impact.

My weekly schedule for a great life. I recommend highly: -Wake up early -Go to bed early -Go for long walks -Drink mostly water -See friends and family -Have set times for social media -Eat the same foods most days Turns out old people had it figured out all along.

Thanks for the replies, sir. I was uncomfortable in my own skin in my late teens until I started meditating and realized who I am. Body is a tool, not our Self. Anyone who's still operating on a physical level and thinking their quality is determined merely physically is blind. Nothing to be disturbed by, let dogs bark at the elephant walking tall in the jungle.

@innermastery4me @CoachDanGo The guy's body fat level doesn't look unhealthy to me. But, if you want to get defined, you should note that losing significant fat is way faster than gaining signficant muscle, and leaning out makes it considerably easier to see the muscle that you do have.
