@AsdaServiceTeam Really? So what's the process for that? I've asked about receipts before having waited in a large customer service queue in store and you are treated really poorly. Maybe having receipts available at the point of sale - old fashioned l know - would be a good idea.

@LidlGB In none of your tweets have you said sorry for not telling me (or anyone who uses my store) that this scheme was discontinued without notice. Maybe rather than asking me to sort out your arrangements you should perhaps be doing that job yourself and apologising to me?

@inofftheposts We currently have more than one store trialling the recycling scheme. All recycling stations should now be updated to show that no voucher will be given. If you can confirm the store you visited we can ensure this is updated too? - James
