@insigniafc @Se_Railway I hope you can as well. My 8yr old son and I were due to go on a Wembley Stadium tour he was given as a Christmas present but had to turn back at Ebsfleet. I absolutely expect a full refund. The staff at Ebsfleet were also very rude.

@DomTheTrainNerd @MrNickDixon @Se_Railway 100% also going to do this. I have been travelling with a severely autistic child who was looking forward to a day at Westfield. I can understand some things are out of control. But to be pulled left right and center is not acceptable.

@MrNickDixon @Se_Railway As a passenger to another passanger, make sure claim you delay repay. Make sure you submit a complaint to SE customer services. This is unacceptable. Lack of communication between SE colleagues and lack of information to customers, hope you all alright?

@Se_Railway It’s unacceptable. We regularly use south eastern. People were spoken to in a poor manor considering the situation also at ebbsfleet.

@Se_Railway We were Moved from a train that was sat still only to be moved back onto that train. Standing with a severely autistic child who is starting to melt down.
