@Insperity Really frustrated with Insperity service. Still paying interest on a 401k loan a month after I sent them a bank check to clear it. The only feedback from the help line is "it's under review and we'll get back to you". Tired of calling.

.@Insperity your leave admin team is either really incompetent or extremely negligent. I've been dealing with my paid family leave that was supposed to start on August 1, and every time I contact them I get non-answers or no answers at all.

@Insperity @Dog99M If I just return to the Insperity site after 5 minutes of inactivity, a page says "Please wait while we log you out" and I have to AGAIN go through the whole routine of a verification code or other time-consuming nonsense. Is there any way to remain logged in on my own computer?
