Lol. So I had to adapt the presentation to explain my background and why I felt confident to speak on whistleblower mental health sovereignty during disclosure. Here is a quick breakdown. The most important parts are the recommendations I make about the reprisal law, how to beef up the legislation, making a real impact for whistleblowers in the future. The criminalization of moral conscious is the most important take away and of course the psychological harms being done to whistleblowers during the process of their protected disclosures of UAP as outlined in the psychological stress cycle. 1.) As a mental health clinician serving the community for over 10 years, my dual role as a clinician and administrator of multiple government programs required me to know the law: state laws, federal laws, civil rights (e.g. mental health crisis commitment law) of multiple overlapping governmental systems. 2.) Observing the laws or lack of lawful due process in the whistleblower legislation was a constant concern. 3.) I break down the hearings by date, title, and relevant information that felt pertinent for the presentation. 4.) Recommendations were made and explained to the audience about how the current law and reprisal law is mostly administrative, lacking strong support for physical safety, surveillance, or obstructionist tactics (especially loss of security clearance). It was titled "Savage Inequalities" based on Jonathan Kozol's excellent book to reflect the vast disparities we are seeing come to light through congressional tasking on UAP whistleblower reports and the loss of quality of life that whistleblowers experience after they step forward. And let us not forget that Padilla had a tip from Colorado of two agents who were seen near the airport where Jacobo was last seen after his disappearance from Mexico. Check timeline for full former post about the investigation. But here is a quick recap: "After twenty years searching for Jacobo Grinberg, a few leads eventually pointed to Boulder, CO. RAND Corporation, FBI involvement (or negligence) and a mysterious woman seen with Grinberg's wife (Maria Teresa who disappeared a year later). She was only described as a "blond haired woman" by several witnesses. Eventually, a local in Boulder sent in a tip to Padilla, seeing a blond-haired woman approximately 35 years of age, attractive, named Marina Velazco, who allegedly worked for the U.S. Secret Service. She was seen with Jacobo Grinberg at a small airport runway outside of Boulder. An FBI agent named Rick Howard was reportedly with them."

Three sources have claimed to Liberation Times that the Trump administration is facing resistance in its quest to release more substantial information by figures linked to the CIA. One person allegedly providing resistance, according to those sources, is Aaron Lukas, Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence.

EXCLUSIVE: Credible sources tell me that elements of the Intelligence Community (IC), federal law enforcement and Congress have targeted @DNIGabbard' s Director's Initiative Group or DIG because it revealed "uncomfortable facts and findings" on several matters entrenched members of these bureaucracies don't want out there.
