@Evan31551813 @MathRockSucked The problem isn’t that it’s D1 raid. It’s that it involves SIVA and an entirely different enemy type. The dev time alone on bring the Splicers into Destiny 2 would add like 5-6 months on top of the dev time needed to reprise the raid. Plus they would have to code in active SIVA.

@JakeParkerLIVE We getting a TWID this coming Thursday and for a couple weeks post update to keep the community in the know about any changes. We are getting deep dives into most of the content coming starting either this Tuesday or Wednesday and then near every day until launch.

Crap...I just realized Tuesday is going to be the first weekly reset since the announcement. These next 16 days are going to be brutal. Hoping we hear at least some form of communications on resets and TWID days leading up to June 9th.

@danhuilla Supposedly it takes them about 6-8 months per dungeon and like 1-1.5 years to fully build out the raid to launch ready status. To confirm, Last Wish was “content complete” around the launch of Warmind. It was in polish until about a month before Forsaken.

do we know how long it takes them to make a raid? have we ever been given like a timeline or anything

@destinytrack @asha_shar Or crazy idea, buy part of Bungie from Sony. Give Sony the ability to offload all but Marathon and its dev team. Take Destiny and the remainder of Bungie into the fold

@PWBread @Kindincelchud I have a weird suspicion that once we start getting these deep dives (and when we log on June 9th) that we getting a lot more than that blog post initially stated. Like a lot more. Like basically any content that was done is coming plus whatever they made for the update.

Destiny community, I've drafted a letter to Hermen Hulst, who leads SIE and its studios. I know this sounds cheesy and corny, however, I would rather do something than nothing. Alongside signing the petition and logging in on June 9th, I would like to add several signatures from ANYONE who plays this game and wants to see it thrive to this letter, which will be sent to him directly in San Mateo, CA. I don't care if you play this game once in a while, religiously, stream it to your community, or even work at Bungie yourself, I WANT your signature. Add it below in the comments, and I'll add it. Neither Destiny nor the developers deserve this. We need to make our voice heard.

(3/3) These “Rats” have no game sense, no skill, nothing. All they have is the ability to sit and drool in a corner until someone stumbles upon them. There is no way I can see to circumvent these Neandolithic Invertabrates except for the addition of penalties for “afk’ing.”

(2/3)They then proceed to obliterate said person with the gear they’ve looted off others who’ve fallen for the trap. There is nothing you can do to stop them. Most times they down you instantly, and others in two shots. Some are cheating. Not most though.

@Aztecross @MarathonTheGame (1/3) I want to call attention to the worst thing about Marathon. “The Rat,” a person who is a low level but has exceptional gear. They do nothing. No contracts. They sit in a corner and wait for someone to stumble in.

@MarathonTheGame @Aztecross Can someone explain why when I am standing in final exfil, timer hits zero, and the exfil animation plays, but I die and lose a close to 30,000 credit loadout. No other runners, no UESC, nothing. I’m flabbergasted.
