Almost every single @indycar driver is a triathlete or marathoner or cyclist. You just plain can NOT drive a zero power-steering #IndyCar without serious strength training & cardio conditioning, @stephenasmith. Yes, I know you said #NASCAR, but all racing series require intensive training!
