Who pays for it and how?
I'd love to see it but you'd be looking at millions needed to pay for it. The Hive cost £6m and that was on SRU land. It also uses a lot of the Muzza infrastructure ( changing rooms, etc) you'd need all of that in a new stadium for Glasgow.
