We are gathered at t KCC to launch the #Rwanda Country Report on Building TVET Systems for Economic Transformation. Policymakers, researchers, dvpt partners & private sector are discussing how to TVET prepares the youth for the market, @Rwanda_Edu, @AcetforAfrica
