Un tip para cualquiera en un puesto de liderazgo. La regla número uno sobre comunicar, es no generar incertidumbre y gestionar las expectativas de manera clara y honesta

@flopezluis El ownership es un atributo de lo-que-sea. Accountability, es la accion de hacer o mantener algo y aceptar las consecuencias cuando no ocurre. Ownership: Este castillo es de mi propiedad. Accountability: soy responsable de mantener el castillo de Felix limpio (failing).

La diferencia entre ownership y accountability es que el primero es una decisión que tú tomas, es por tu propia iniciativa y el segundo te lo imponen, es decir, se te va a exigir. Dicho de otra forma nadie te asignar el ownership, pero si te pueden asignar que seas responsable del outcome de algo (accoutable). El ownership es cuando decides hacer algo incluso cuando no eres accountable por ello.

Helping to write code (Copilot) and writing code for me (V0) are two very different things. The first one needs to align with how I think and write code. The second use case is completely the opposite, I need to adapt to the generated code.
