And the whole separate but equal thing was technically the rule, but it wasn’t enforced. All you need to do is replay elementary and middle school history class to know that it wasn’t actually equal in terms of enforcement. There were white only bathrooms in most institutions. This is clearly immoral and unfair. How could you disagree with that?
