Surely, this is true priesthood. I’m proud of you Dear Father. Dear tweeps, can’t we raise 100 bags of cement, sand and bricks so we build these faithfuls a simple shelter? Can this be our lent offering?
Fr. Osuna@silvesterosuna1
So I spent the day with these souls today. Praying for mindset change and God's providence in this place called Bunantamu Sub centre, Wesunire Parish, Buyende District.

Financial Fitness
Many of us understand the need for regular exercise but when it comes to our financial future we leave it to whom it may concern (twesulirayo ggwa nagamba!). In financial terms, regular exercise is akin to making sure you earn, save, spend and invest some money. You gotta be doing all the above and that's what I call Financial Fitness or in short Finsense (Financial Sensibility).
What you need to know:
1. Uganda is a essentially a Chakala Economy: one where you have do several hustles to generate a stable income. Depending on one source of income (which income is hardly enough) is a recipe for stagnation and possible retardation.
2. You got to put in the hours at whatever you do and become really good at it and in the process create your own luck. This can improve your earning ability and help you to even launch in adjacent possible areas.
3. Don't design your life on possible windfalls. For a footballer, the hope is that one day he signs for a big club and get paid millions (future) but you have to live in today's means (present). It's okay to dream big dreams but its not okay to live those dreams before they are actualized. This only leads to debt and possibly financial ruin.
4. Simillar to the above, you cannot show off on meagre income. Stay humble and avoid those that encourage you to be a spend drift. We all know those sports stars that did well in their playing days but are now paupers once they left the stage.
5. The role of mentors and role models is critical. Yes , its possible to make money in Uganda without being a crook or a politician. One of my clients made $1 million in Networth from offering accounting services in Uganda.
This class is about improving your financial fitness. Your better stretch those muscles to increase your earning power. One more thing, as your coach and teacher, I long ago made a decision, I will not be one of those broke motivational speakers.
Have a good week.

@LuoboyOllo Bro,all that matters is the quality of education offered not infrastructure

St. Joseph's of Nazareth High School feels like its own city—Eno si gig 🙌. This school is amazing, you enter as though stepping into a well-developed district. The school boasts perhaps the best infrastructure and setup in the entire country. Oh, and their school canteen is like a supermarket! 🙌
