Those partnerships are the ones that can withstand all the challenges that inevitably come in a school year bc they’re built on authentic bonding & trust.

I struggle with treating COVID as endemic and doing away with quarantine policies (like England) bc the health community has warned against it (e.g. WHO). But clearly the long term policy flaw is/has been inequities in paid leave & worker’s rights.

People have symptoms and don't test because they CAN'T afford to be positive...bc they can't afford to take time off work, they don't have child care, etc...
