🚨 Disappointing experience with @Kikabetcom Before this incident, I reported several security issues and data leaks to Kikabet. They investigated, fixed the problems, and even rewarded me with bug bounty payments for responsible disclosure. This time, I reported another serious privacy issue involving a data leak that appeared to expose users’ KYC details and sensitive information. After waiting about a week, I contacted support for an update but instead of receiving a response, I was blocked from contacting support. Even after the issue was fixed, I received no proper reply to my emails, no explanation, and no update regarding the vulnerability I reported. I was expecting the same responsible handling as before, including a fair review of the report (around the $150–$200 bounty range based on previous rewards), but being ignored and blocked was extremely disappointing. Security researchers who responsibly report issues should be treated with respect. I hope Kikabet provides transparency and addresses this properly.
