@help_delhivery A package that should have arrived around Christmas is now four days late, and I’m no longer confident it will be delivered at all. I’d heard stories about delayed deliveries but never thought I’d experience this myself. Extremely disappointed.

@help_delhivery I sent a package, and for the past three days, including today, it has been marked as out for delivery, but it has not been delivered. When I try to contact the delivery executive for an update, the calls are repeatedly disconnected. This is very poor service.
