I have travelled the same flight route pretty regularly over the last 3 years and I've got to say - the one thing that annoys me the most, by far, are people sitting in the middle rows who immediately get up to leave once the seatbelt sign is off.

To me, it's the public transport cultural equivalent of trying to board a bus/train before the relevant people have tried to get off. You have a complete lack of understanding of etiquette, processes, and the people around you.
