When you trade, firms don’t review your trades till you request payout, then all trades are reviewed manually to ensure rules were followed. you don’t expect a firm to review thousands of users orders everyday to see if they breached rules.
They are reviewed individually at payout requests, of course aside hard breaches like daily and max dd which are automatic.
This is most definitely the main reason for not informing him when he was still actively trading. He’s an active trader so common sense should tell him this.

You’re a funded trader, but you can’t follow simple risk management, risking almost 4% $600+ on a $25k account. What kind of trader does this speak of you? isn’t that pure gambling?
Also claiming the rule wasn’t there before just because you didn’t read through it? Bro there’s loads of other rules on the prohibited sections, some are being updated, and I’m very sure this 2.5% risk exposure wasn’t part of its been there ever since. I saw it the day I became an affiliate.
This means that you didn’t even go through it at all, you just got your funded account and decided to max out 4% risk then come here to do damage control. Funny guy.
