A female in male single-sex space would undermine those aims. The exclusion from ones own single-sex space is also illegal without a third alternative.

Good. A business has the right to exclude anyone they wish. Guarantee you were the first to celebrate the lesbian bar that was going to ban trans people that never appeared but got announced, what can't take the same treatment?

Biological sex is only this immutable truth when its convenient and suddenly negated by appearance when its not. It seems an overly complicated way to do it when really anyone can be dangerous regardless of parts.

@itashichan @Janet4369587977 @Ceemeinmyoffice @Lifeonwheels95 No. Single-sex spaces are designated as single-sex. This means no makes in female spaces and no females in male spaces. Exclusion from your own single-sex space does not translate into an inclusion to opposite-sex single-sex space.

Would they be able to legally use the mens room despite being the wrong sex? But if a transwoman passes well, she is still expected to use the men's room or unisex..

Supreme Court said the changes caused by GR have to be so extreme that it is objectively reasonable to object to their presence.

I dont know how it would apply to single sex spaces. I guess removing transmen for looking manly despite female sex would be illegal.

@itashichan @Janet4369587977 @Lifeonwheels95 How does 'proposing to undergo' mean? Can it be evidenced? You are protected from discrimination in provision of housing and employment but you do not have any rights or services ring-fenced for women only.

The decision in Lockwood v NHS 2025 was that the definition required "moving from one sex to the other", so not NB.

Also, a person merely needs to propose to undergo transitioning (and it can be social not medical) to be protected. (2nd image is long btw)

@DavidDhenry @Lifeonwheels95 They were not kicked out for being women, and the belief that certain people should be excluded from certain spaces is not a protected belief. This is not discrimination. They would have no case.

@Lifeonwheels95 No a business cannot just ban people because of their sex or beliefs as they are protected by law from discrimination. The ladies can sue the business and will probably win. The transgender ideology is built on bullying and discrimination.
