@Jbn3ex @gh_0_5_t He doesn’t just have cosmetic procedures though, he’s got blood date and exercise metrics like VO2 max to backup his protocol as having profound effects on internal aging. It’s a holistic approach, far superior to someone just living badly and rocking up for some filler or Botox

@gh_0_5_t I would argue that being the face of his protocol gives him more reason to not do stuff like this as it helps his detractors say the protocol is BS and that he merely did some fancy cosmetic operations

@Jbn3ex His whole Protocol is about using science and technology to slow if not reverse aging. Of course treatments like this are necessary to reverse skin aging. It’s not just about sleep and supplements. I’ll happily admit to using some cosmetic help at 48 to look more like 35

@MrEldricardo @AllBiteNoBark88 Have you seen what happens to brick houses in bushfires in Australia? Makes no difference, they burn and collapse. You obviously have no idea about what temperatures are in a huge catastrophic fire front like that. Nothing man made survives

@AllBiteNoBark88 Why don’t they build houses out of bricks as we do in the uk? I’ve never understood why? We do have timber frame house but they clad in brick.

@aubreystrobel Once you fully understand and are honest that alcohol is a poison and carcinogen in any amount just like tobacco, it’s easy to never drink that trash again. One of the worst drugs for health and longevity there is

@Object_Zero_ @NapierHolland @bryan_johnson @Irenezhao_ Incorrect. I’m objectively not young at 48 but feel way better and have energy and vibe for life than at 28. Explain that. Being optimised at an older age can feel better than being younger and average or below average. I know which age I prefer

@Object_Zero_ @bryan_johnson @Irenezhao_ Would you rather have quality time awake feeling amazing with maximum energy or be operating at less than amazing for more hours awake. Seems a fairly simple option to choose operating at max potential

@bryan_johnson @Irenezhao_ If you sleep 8.5 hours a day, you are conscious for 56,500 hours in your 20’s. If you sleep 5 hours a day, you are conscious for 69,350 hours in your 20’s. Why trade away 13,000 hours of your 20’s for extra time in your 80’s? It makes no sense.

@jorwhol @bryan_johnson @talmagejohnson_ It’s easy if you reset your body clock with the help of morning sunlight and then low dose (300mcg) melatonin with maybe glycine/magnesium to help get to sleep earlier. Eventually it’s normal and you get tired at 8pm

@bryan_johnson @talmagejohnson_ I’ve never understood why going to bed at 8.30pm and waking up at 5am, is different to say going to bed at 11.30pm and waking up at 8am. Do you have an explanation of the benefits of sleeping at earlier times?

Generally speaking, I think there are a lot of women who would stay home with their children in a heartbeat (especially infants) if their husband simply said “there’s no need for you to return to work, stay with our baby” and removed the burden of expectation from them. It seems a lot of men simply won’t do that, however, which is quite sad.

Sincerity is not the love language of X. That said…. You motherfuckers need to get your shit together in 2025. You need to stop being stupid and prioritize sleep. You need to move your lazy ass and exercise daily. You need to overcome your fast food addiction and eat healthy. Your mental health problems stem from the lack of basic self care. Show yourself some respect and stop doing stupid shit that makes you age faster and feel miserable. We have a very serious situation on our hands as a species. It is not clear that we will survive the coming years and decades. Many things threaten our existence and we’re fucking around with shit that doesn’t matter. We are primitive and shortsighted. We need to grow the fuck up and be equal to this moment. Start by getting your own mind and body in order. Lift weights and get jacked. Sleep well and stabilize your mood. Eat well and feel energized. We have work to do. Happy Holidays 🎄

@aaronsmith Don’t get too excited. The energy and water required to produce the ridiculous amount of food that humans overeat at Christmas will almost cancel out any fact that the energy being used at the time was emissions free

Around 70% of the electricity powering Christmas lunches across Australia today came from renewables. It kept fridges cool, stoves hot, and ovens roasting. A festive feast powered by clean energy!

@JohnBB40921542 Reality isn’t your strongest suit. The people running the country, as you put it, don’t actually live in the ACT. They visit for parliamentary sittings then go back to the rest of Australia. Just because that doesn’t suit your narrative doesn’t make it true

@abarefootmomma I’m sorry but virgins are overrated. It’s kind of like going to a nice restaurant and it’s the chefs first night ever in a kitchen and then also expecting it to be good. Experience and learning are great qualities when applied to sex just as to most things in life.

@goddek @bryan_johnson Maybe you should actually try Blueprint supplements, diet and sleep routine, then retest your blood markers and tell me how you get on. WOW! @bryan_johnson decided to talk shit about me and hit me with “Unconfirmed bias against seed oils”—LOL!!! Meanwhile, Bryan Johnson parrots the pseudo-scientific garbage from David Sinclair. The only reason anyone pays attention to that nonsense is because he’s at Harvard. And let’s be honest, we all know the current “quality” of academia coming out of that particular institution. If someone lacks even the smallest understanding of human metabolism, they disqualify themselves from preaching longevity science—or in Bryan Johnson’s case, from being the self-proclaimed “Don’t Die Guy.”

@PamelaBies Incorrect. Intelligence, confidence and the ability to execute are a huge turn on. Dominating someone who’s naturally submissive+girly is no fun. Way better flipping the tables on someone who’s used to being in charge. Nurturing is only good if you have young kids to look after
