PE gets a bad wrap for pushing out talent after acquisitions but sometimes it’s probably for the better.
We replaced 3 unlicensed technicians with licensed pros, and an office lady with an attitude for a rockstar with a corporate background.
It felt like we were living a nightmare while it happened but it’s the best thing that has happened to us.
