This guy is much more upset at his own submissive nature than he is at anything else. It’s also probably why he hates women so much. He allegedly used to pull them but if you’re pulling women by acting like something you’re not, you’ll still be miserable. I found this interesting and lends credit to some models people in the science based fitness community discuss. Namely that less volume, with more intensity, and focusing on rest/recovery, has its advantages.
