To make it worse: my confirmed Siem Reap–Hanoi flight was secretly changed to Siem Reap–Ho Chi Minh without my knowledge. I had to rebook via Skyscanner, losing ₹12,000 more. And now you want to charge me a $60 cancellation fee for your mistake? Outrageous.
