Her name is Sabeena. She is a nurse from Tamil Nadu. On July 30 2024 she arrived at the Wayanad landslide site in Kerala. Over 400 people had died. Entire villages had been swallowed. Bridges were destroyed. The Chaliyar river was raging between survivors on one side and help on the other. The NDRF had built a zipline across the river. On the other side were people who needed immediate medical attention. People with snake bites. People with wounds. People with fever and shock. The male rescue personnel hesitated to cross. Sabeena did not hesitate. She put on a raincoat. She held her first aid kit tightly against her body. She grabbed the zipline in continuous heavy rain and crossed the raging river alone. She reached the other side and started treating patients. Snake bites. Trauma injuries. Fever. Cold. She treated 35 people that day. The official citation given to her later read this. As the rescue team was hesitant the courageous and committed Ms Sabeena came forward to go to the other side of the river. In spite of continuous rain by wearing a raincoat and tightly holding the first aid kit she travelled without any fear. Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin personally invited her to the state secretariat and gave her the Kalpana Chawla Award for Courage and Daring Enterprise. She had no mandate to cross that river. No order. No special training. She just could not watch people suffer on the other side while others waited. 35 people came home because one woman decided not to hesitate. Her name is Sabeena. I've worked for TCS for over 6 years & they're very strict on ethics & code of conduct. They have zero tolerance on physical or mental harrassment especially women. I was mentally harrassed by my supervisor for few days & I complained to his manager. He scolded him so harshly that he never dared to talk to me again in a loud voice. Basically, if you've a problem, you can to go supervisor, team lead, project manager, tower manager, HR, raise POSH complaint or grievance in Ultimatix, etc. There is no way that such harrassment, forced conversion, forced eating of beef can continue for this long period of time without getting unnoticed or any action. TCS will not fire you fir your poor performance but won't give you second chance if you harrass or exploit someone. Even the HR cannot harrass you because they also have their managers & you can escalate to them if they cross their limits. The reality is that the interfaith affair went wrong, the girl's family got to know about it, they went to Bajrang Dal who created all this fake story. This is just a fake propaganda against Muslim just like they did against Tableeghi Jamat during COVID in 2020. Moreover, Nida Khan is not even an HR. She is just a tellecaller who has no power to hire or fire or intimidate anyone. She is not on run, she is on leave & is at home.
