I am very excited to announce I am starting my lab as an Assistant Professor @FloridaState this week! The lab will be focused on understanding the basis of individual variation in complex traits using a variety of genomic approaches and primarily using C. elegans as a model.

Excited to have @itsamywebster show #worm23 her amazing work showing that she can predict individual differences in complex reproductive traits using single-worm RNA seq of isogenetic strains. Important consequences for understanding causation underlying environmental variation.

Really happy to have our paper out in @CellReports! We used RNA-seq paired with temporal & tissue-specific degradation of RNA Pol II to understand gene-regulatory strategies throughout days of starvation in C. elegans and how these impact survival and reproduction. (1/5)
