The requirement to see a doctor In-person before an abortion is common sense and used to be agreed upon by everyone.

Birth control to reduce the rat population = common sense. Birth control + abortion collapsing the human population = “healthcare”? America’s fertility rate is 1.58 births per woman, which is well below the replacement rate we need to avoid a population collapse. We’re literally creating our own demise. axios.com/local/washingt…

Now, we call upon Medical Affairs Chair, Sen. Danny Verdin, to bring it up in the full committee. Tell Senator Verdin you want to see the “Unborn Child Protection Act” brought up for a vote with amendments removing prosecution language against women immediately.

This bill is a work in progress. We are on the ground and have had the inside track on this legislation from the beginning. We are confident the language that includes prosecuting mothers will be stripped in committee. If the committee fails to do so, we will pull our support.

BREAKING: South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Subcommittee voted out favorably the “Unborn Child Protection Act” and amended exceptions & some punishments for women out of the bill. A good start & we’re glad to see the bill is moving!

While my team at Students for Life worries this video might be confusing to some of you, as a leader, I know I have the responsibility to lead and explain confusing situations and I won’t shy away from that responsibility… There’s a small group of pro-lifers who feel the advancements our movement has made haven’t been good enough — and that until we pass laws imprisoning women who have abortions, abortion will continue to happen. In addition, they actively work in states to kill bills that would end some abortions, even though those bills would save lives — using Scripture to justify their actions. They’re right that we haven’t done enough and that more must be done. They’re right that even when we ban abortion, some women will still seek them. (Research illegal abortions in the 1960s for the receipts.) Yet, history teaches us that we must use incrementalism to save lives and change our laws & culture as we move forward toward the abolition of abortion. And here’s the deal: I’ll gladly work with anyone to end as many abortions and save as many lives as I can right now… no matter where they stand on the imprisonment question. However, these folks don’t think like that. They attempt to kill pro-life bills that have a reasonable chance of passing because they don’t save all lives. That’s not Biblical. That’s like standing in front of a burning orphanage filled with children, hearing their screams, and refusing to enter because you know you can’t save them all. And I don’t even believe these folks would do that. I believe they’d join anyone, including me, to rush into that burning building to save as many lives as we could. But when it comes to legislation, they view the child in the womb as the other side does… as an abstraction in their political games. This isn’t a game. And I have no time or patience for those who want to play it. In this video, you’ll see a young man who came with friends to film my speech and recruit Students for Life leaders to his “abolition” group at the University of Minnesota. These same folks have protested other campus speeches I’ve given this year — not Planned Parenthood, not abortion advocates, but me — someone who agrees with them on 99% of the issue. It’s such a waste of energy. I’m sharing this video because I want you to understand both the issue and the sadness I feel for the division within our movement at a moment when there’s so much work to be done. Imagine what we could accomplish if every “abolitionist” joined the pro-life movement to attack Planned Parenthood, the abortion lobby, and pro-abortion politicians — instead of fellow anti-abortion advocates. Please join me in praying that common sense, compassion, political wisdom, and unity will prevail.

This is #MAHA issue. Another important area we hope Kennedy will be the remedy.
Students for Life Action@SFLAction

.@SecKennedy, when will Chemical Abortion Pills receive the same scrutiny? Babies are being killed every day, their environmental impact is ALARMING, and women are being told these drugs are “safe” when serious risks exist, and some have even died.

Can everyone posting that Texas U.S. Senate candidate @jamestalarico is "Presbyterian" please include the *very critical distinction* that James is PCUSA and not PCA. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Reformed Protestants everywhere

@KristiSHamrick Why would criminalizing abortion as murder for all parties willfully involved not work to abolish abortion? If we say abortion is murder, why would we do anything beside this?

Because your ideas don’t work. And there are other ideas that do. Ending abortion demands strategy you don’t have. Saying you will “abolish abortion” doesn’t make it so. As Paul writes, some preach from ambition. But. God will judge. Not you
Ben Zeisloft@BenZeisloft

👀 @KristiSHamrick is the Vice President of @StudentsforLife, as well as @SFLAction, their political arm. Why would anyone donate to groups opposing bills to abolish abortion?

Congratulations @chiproytx ! He is headed to a run-off primary election on March 26th! Rep. Roy isn't just a candidate; he’s a proven champion who has led the fight in D.C. to keep Chemical Abortion Pills off campus and protect our taxpayers.

Tonight, we're showing what the Pro-Life Generation can do: Turning 'impossible' into a dead heat and forcing a recount. This razor-close race is a referendum on our powerhouse political operation. Our field + voter contact work delivered, no question. Backing pro-life champions proves Pro-Life is good policy AND good politics. So proud of our team @SFLAction.
Kristan Hawkins@KristanHawkins

This is CRAZY. Sheriff @sampage4nc may have just done the unthinkable, defeating the North Carolina Senate President Phil Berger in SD-26. Right now, it’s a 2-vote margin, with an automatic recount coming. @SFLAction sent thousands of texts and emails and knocked on hundreds of doors, educating voters about Berger’s record in Raleigh and making clear that Sam Page was the ONLY pro-life candidate. Taking down a political giant like Berger almost never happens. This is exactly why we knock doors, text voters, and do the hard work. Do not underestimate the Pro-Life Generation. And to every member of the @GOP: if you are not consistently pro-life, we are watching.
