I took my biggest loan, lost my biggest client, and built my business to 7 figures - all in 2024 🎢 Some years teach you more than a decade, and 2024 was exactly that This year I: - Scaled STN to $50,000 - Helped 50+ students grow - Got to work with 5+ MNCs - Hit UAE and US for the first time - Enrolled in Product Management at ISB - Took a 1CR loan (the scariest decision ever) - Lost a major client (that one really hurt) - Had to let go of some amazing team members - Read 13 books (Marty Cagan is my GOAT). - Finally got our team working from one place - Started putting my face on camera (still weird) - Rode from Nagpur to Udaipur (yes, on a bike!) - Started learning German, Japanese, and Arabic - Built a 7-figure company (still feels surreal typing this) 2024 tested me in every way possible. It knocked me down, again and again. Failed. Got up. Failed again. Kept going.

Woke up today with a 100-degree fever & found out Google is now our competitor. Last week, we started building SignWith - a simple, pay-per-use e-signature tool for people who are struggling with complex e-sign tools. The plan was to build quietly, run a private beta, get 50 users in 15 days, and then do a launch. Easy peasy. But since Google dropped into the e-signature space - we needed to talk. So after 30 minutes of existential dread, a lot of “what are we even doing?” thoughts, and one strong dose of paracetamol we said, screw it. - let’s change gears. So now we're opening our beta, and here's the deal: • All the people who join will get free credits worth 10 signed docs • 12 months credit validity • No complexity • No hidden cost • No subscription commitment

Arib supposedly makes $500,000/m. I don't make anywhere near that and could never imagine publicly dunking on people when they experience a little success. This type of behavior by people of influence should be called out.
