Really excited to finally share my PhD work out in @Nature today on #polyclonal interactions in #intestinal tumour formation, and pleased to have collaborated with @KenLauLab on their paper in the same issue of the journal. nature.com/articles/s4158…. A long 🧵

Proud to share the work I was part of, where we found a glycosylation signature in IgGs that can predict the development of CD years in advance. This IgG glycome also correlates with ASCA levels, which exhibit pathogenic properties in vivo.
